1) CALL us at 805-646-0316.  If you get the answering machine leave your booking information and we will process your request in one business day or less.  If you need to know sooner you may call my cell phone directly at: 805-746-0252.

2) E-MAIL me directly at jonegordon@netzero.com with your booking information, or easier still attach the itinerary from your airline, again we will process your request in one business day or less.

3) BOOK ON-LINE: Airport Shuttle or All Other Services (Weddings, etc.)

IF YOU WILL ALLOWS US ONE BUSINESS DAY TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST, WE WILL RETURN THE FAVOR BY OFFERING YOU THE BEST SERVICE AT THE BEST PRICE, GUARANTEED!

When booking let us know....

* What vehicle you will need.  The sedan can seat five adults in a pinch, but we recommend no more than 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, especially if you have luggage. The limo has a capacity of eight. 

* The date, time, and how long you will need the vehicle. 

* With airport shuttles we need arrival/depature time, the airline and terminal, as well as the number of guests.  (LAX requires the names of EVERYONE in your traveling party)

* The address and cross street for pick up

* Specify your method of payment - Cash, Check or Credit Card (Master Card and Visa Credit cards only.)

Once we have all the required information your reservation will be booked into our calendar and a confirmation will be mailed or faxed to you (your choice).  Credit card charges will be processed 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.  Please read our “Service Policy” for additional terms.

Upon arrival:

* Please have all you things packed and ready to go.

* Have your credit card handy for imprinting and signing.

* Children under 6 years old or under 60 pounds must have a car seat.

* Airport shuttles assume curbside drop off and pick up.   For an  additional $15 we can meet your party at baggage claim.
